Friendly staff during breakfast.

I experienced significant delays during check-in which exceeded an hour, leaving me frustrated and feeling undervalued as a guest. The room I was assigned had a funky smell and technical issues that indicated it wasn't properly checked after housekeeping. The service left much to be desired, as I felt ignored and disrespected .

Courteous staff and favourable location perfect in the restaurant, everything was great. Generally the service was amazing, the room was reasonably spacious and new-fashioned with a patio as well as the garden. Location: the hotel was so close to the garden and the city centre and taxi...

The location was marvellous, within walking distance of Presidential Palace. The staff and people generally were outstandingly accommodating. The rooms were spotlessly clean and modern, there was a soft bed: )

The pool was amazing, and I loved the beautiful garden area that felt like a tropical paradise. I relaxed at the spa lounge and enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool, which was super refreshing. Just a heads up, there was a brief water issue in our room, but it was sorted out quickly. 🌴

A few inconveniences stood out, like the absence of bathroom mats. I found the late check-out policy quite rigid, as my request was met with a quick 'no' without any explanation or flexibility. The lack of a larger playground and more beach beds with umbrellas limited the options for family-friendly activities, especially with the blazing sun. The unexpected utility charges added a bit of confusion to the overall cost, leaving me unclear on what those other charges were since they seemed inconsistent while ordering at the bar.

The modern rooms and beautiful pool area. Being just a short walk from landmarks like the Independence Monument and the Commewijne River made city strolling an absolute delight. While the dining options were quite good, I did notice that service could be a bit slow at times, especially during busy hours.

Jacana amazon wellness resort is a serene oasis with a beautiful pool and lovely waterfalls. Enjoyed a great breakfast every morning with a wide variety of delicious options. The staff provided amazing service, particularly the deep-tissue massage that was refreshing.

The pool area is fine, with beautiful waterfalls and a swim-up bar. The room had air conditioning, a kitchenette, and a balcony overlooking the pool. Enjoyed the included breakfast with fresh fruit and local pastries. The spa had awesome services, like back massages and yoga classes.

The pool and waterpark were very nice, with awesome waterfalls. The kids especially loved the twin shower head in our room and the relaxing vibe of the botanical surroundings.

In my wife's opinion, they need more family-friendly dining options.

The location of this place was amazing - right in the city center! Our room was spacious, modern, and the bed was super comfy. 😊
